Our second stay here!, me and my husband booked the Trackside Balcony again, This is a truly amazing Hotel, Great staff who wait on your hand and foot so you do not have to lift a finger! They fufilled every reequest we had and asked for before arriving and we have had 0 issues on both occasions. We will definetly be staying again maybe sooner than later!

Great hotel, comfy, clean, reception staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms are a good size and the view from the room to the pit lanes is amazing if you book this one! Would highly recommend staying here! Looking to book again!! Museum is only a 10 minute walk away, and you can access the megastore via the hotel ground floor.

Good location for weekend trip to Silverstone, rooms were very modern and clean, very comfy bed. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having a track side grandstand view of the track and being able to watch multiple practice laps and different races from our balcony was awesome. Even though we were not there on a track or race day we had plenty to see. The breakfast was fairly good a bit chaotic with some things missing but staff very helpful and happy to get them for you. Evening menu a bit restricted for vegetarians and of a medium standard . The menu was the same every day so had to repeat meals . Overall an excellent stay the location was truly amaizing and made up for any shortfalls.

Loved the feel of the hotel and the welcome from the reception team. We had a great room which overlooked the track so were able to see some of the experience cars travelling round on their laps. Great roof top terrace for nicer weather. Nice welcome gift of a tube of delicious chocolates. It was a special birthday treat for my husband and he got a complimentary drink in the restaurant that evening which was a very nice touch.

Staff were all friendly, happy and seem willing to chat and help with any requests. Having a room with a view of the track is fantastic and elevates any stay within the vicinity for a petrol head fan.

We had a 4th floor room facing the pitstops, the view was incredible, it made our stay being able to watch the cars on the track in the morning. The room was excellent, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The restaurant was lovely, our evening food and service was excellent.the breakfast in the morning was delicious although the service could have been better. .overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was clean and luxurious, we had a nice view of the track and the staff was lovely, we mainly dealt with 2 members of staff the most which were Paul and Michelle and they were so lovely and helpful and made the stay even nicer!

The room was very clean and tidy and the view for track facing was amazing! Loved the different settings in the shower, great size tv in the room. The roof top was amazing. Check in was very easy and quick with the staff being brilliant and helpful

Iconic location to stay for a conference and it doesn't disapppoint. All the staff we encountered were more than excellent, very friendly, approachable and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Very clean hotel, bed was very compfortable and the balcony over the race track made a very interesting way to pass time between conference events. I would defilintely stay again, mainly due to the customer experience, we felt very well looked after.
